Dr Andrew Evans trained at the Royal Melbourne, Western Hospitals and the Kingston Centre. He spent over 4 years in a movement disorders fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, UK.

Dr Evans is the current director of the Movement Disorders Service at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has published extensively on the disease particularly addressing symptoms that impact on the quality of life of sufferers and heads a number of clinical research trials. In addition to his research, he is also a member of the Melbourne Health Ethics Committee.

Dr Evans visits a number of public and private hospitals in central Melbourne, including The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne Private Hospital, The Epworth Hospital Richmond.

Dr Michael Eller is a highly qualified neurologist with subspecialty training in headache neurology and movement disorders. He also maintains an interest in indigenous health and tropical medicine.

Dr Mina Ghaly is a general and movement disorders specialist Neurologist. He completed his Neurology specialty training at Cabrini Health, The University Hospital of Geelong, Western Health and St Vincent’s Hospital.

He has expertise in managing movement disorders such as tremor, dystonia and Parkinson’s Disease.

He has a special interest in Parkinson’s disease pathology, particularly “Device Assisted Therapy” DAT, such as Duodopa, Apomorphine and Deep Brain Stimulation or DBS. Dr Ghaly is active in Parkinson’s research, patient advocacy and public education in this field. He is embarking on PhD Research investigating biomarkers in Parkinson’s disease.

He is currently holding a position as a deep brain stimulation Fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and an Honorary Specialist Neurologist at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Dr Ghaly also consults in a range of neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, headache, diseases of the peripheral nerves and muscles, Multiple Sclerosis and vertigo.

Dr Christine Wools Following her general medical and specialty Neurology training in Melbourne, Christine completed fellowship training in the area of Neurogenetics in Sydney, with a Masters thesis in the area of mitochondrial disease. She has current clinical appointments at the Royal Melbourne, Calvary Healthcare Bethlehem, and Epworth hospitals and has interest and clinical experience in managing patients with Genetically based Neurological diseases, Movement disorders, Headache, and Motor neurone disease.
